Our Story

Thank you for checking out our small Michigan-based store for quality Michigan-themed products AND quality pet supplies carefully curated by our family from the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.

My name is John Reyst and my wife is Debra Reyst. Our daughter Maya is also helping us out from time to time for marketing or other help we don't know how to do. I've lived in Michigan my entire life, mostly in the Detroit area but in the summer of 2020 we moved north to the Marquette area, right near Lake Superior which we fell in love with on camping trips.

I created this store after my long-time absolutely bestest friend Loki finally crossed the Rainbow Bridge this spring (2026). The star of our store logo IS Loki. We're still blessed to be able to have a few more years with Loki's younger brother Leo and we plan to enjoy every moment with him like we did with Loki.

Anyway, just know that this store is created by a real Michigan resident who loves his pets fiercely and who hopes to bring you high-quality pet supplies at reasonable prices.
